Dr. Stacy D. Boyd is board certified with the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and has been practicing medicine since 1991.
Dr. Boyd grew up just south of Chattanooga in Flintstone, GA. After graduating with a BS from University of Georgia in 1987, Dr. Boyd went on to the Medical College of Georgia. He graduated Medical School in 1991 and continued on to University of Tennessee College of Medicine to complete his internship and residency. Dr. Boyd went into private practice soon after and has worked with University Women’s Services since its beginnings in 1997.
Dr. Boyd has personally handled over 4,000 deliveries, and is currently a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Locally, Dr. Boyd is a member of Chattanooga & Hamilton County Medical Society, the Tennessee Medical Association, and the MQIC Committee at Erlanger Medical Center.
Dr. Boyd is also the proud father of three children: Brennan, Melanie, and Meredith.
